When is my bill due?

• All bills are due on the anniversary of the date you signed up.  If you're not sure your can check your account online at https://billing.oasisol.com 

What if I forget to pay?

• At Oasis Online our system is setup to automatically disable any accounts not current by the 15 days after your anniversary date.  So if you do not pay your monthly subscription your account will be disabled. Your email continues to be collected on the Oasis Online Mail Server while your password is disabled and is available to you as soon as your account is current.

What if I my account is disabled, can I still be on Oasis Online?

• Absolutely!  As soon as your payment is posted, your password will be enabled and you can log on again immediately. We no longer charge a reconnect fee. However, no discounts will be given for the time you were unable to connect since our mail server was still being used to collect and store your email while your account password was disabled.

How does Oasis Online bill?

• Oasis Online's automated billing service sends a monthly automated email statement or a link that will allow you to view your account directly from our accounting software (your choice at sign-up or by a phone call to the office). Another choice is  to receive a printed, monthly statement via "snail mail".
• You also have the option of having your Visa, Mastercard,  Discover or American Express Card automatically debited.  This is your choice at sign-up or you may contact our billing department at 423-6277 or 1-888-547-6277.  We will be more than happy to help.

What are the hidden charges?

• The best part about your Oasis Online account is that there are no hidden charges.   It's $19.95 per month and that is it. No set up fees are charged. If you choose one of our plans such as pay for 5 months get the 6th  month free. The average cost of your Unlimited Internet Service is reduced to only $16.63 monthly. 

What about when they ask for a credit card on the Internet other than Oasis Online?

• If you give your Credit Card information on the Internet other than at Oasis Online, it is very likely you will be charged to your credit card.  This has nothing to do with your account at Oasis Online.  And we cannot adjust the charges if this occurs.
